Sky News host Paul Murray discusses the Harvey Norman Shine Awards celebrating the incredible women in regional Australia who make a difference in their communities.

Mr Murray sits down with Chairman of the Herald and Weekly Times Penny Fowler, who helps judge who wins the awards every year.
